Le Noyer is a fully renovated 18th century three bedroom farmhouse sleeping 6/7 people in considerable comfort.  

The farmhouse has oak beamed ceilings, a master bedroom with ensuite shower, a large family bathroom (bath with shower) and two further large bedrooms (one double, one twin).  Central heating is also available.

The oak-fitted farmhouse kitchen has an open fire and is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine.  Further facilities at Le Noyer include WiFi, DVD/CD players, together with a large selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs

A high chair, travel cot, baby bath and stair gates can be provided.

Outside there is a private terrace, large private and enclosed garden, BBQ and deck chairs.  Guests at Le Noyer are welcome to share our swimming pool (9.5m x 4.9m x 1.5m), which is open between May and September.

Le Noyer is in the same grounds as our own home “Gue de Ray”, which spans an acre of woodland, private lawned areas and large flower beds.  It’s probably not suitable if your children need wide open spaces to play football or charge around on their bikes!

Le Noyer is operated on a Saturday to Saturday basis.  Outside of high season we do offer Le Noyer at a discounted rate to smaller groups. We can also be more flexible on changeover day and shorter breaks outside of the peak months (June, July, August).
